Payment Method

Estalon Technologies Sdn. Bhd provides a few ways to make the payment to ease our customer when purchasing our products. It depends on the customer to determine which way is the easiest way for them to make the purchase which also include our terms and condition.

The way for the payment as follow:

A) Paypal

Currently, our company is using Paypal services to help our customer to purchase our product through online services. Paypal provide one of the effective ways to ease the customer when purchasing the products.

The customers will just need to follow simple instructions in the merchant service Paypal until the customer made the purchasing complete. Estalon Technologies Sdn. Bhd will send an email immediately after the customer made the purchase through Paypal system. After the customer received notifications email sent by our company, the products will be sent to the customer within 2 weeks based on the location the products will be sent. The customer will only need to follow the notification of the payment term only. It is easy, fast and effective which will give convenient to our customer.

B) Purchasing through cheque

Estalon Technologies Sdn. Bhd also accepts payment in personal cheque. The cheque should be name under Estalon Technologies Sdn.Bhd and post it to :

Our company will start the process editorial after the cheque being cleared. As for cheque from other bank, it will take three working days for it to be cleared.

C) Purchasing through Money Order

Estalon Technologies Sdn. Bhd accepts order through Money Order. This Money Order must be name under Estalon Technologies Sdn.Bhd and post it to :

D) Payment cash through ATM Machine

The customer also can use this type of payment which requires only an ATM machine which only requires bank-in. The information of our company as below:

Our company will process the entire document after the customer fax to us the details of the bank-in slip to our company. Our company will make the arrangement of the delivery after we have clarify all the details with the banks and from the customers’ side.
